Tonight is the first anniversary of my father's passing away. We're having a small gathering here to celebrate his life with some people who knew and loved him.
There's really not much more I want to say right now. Thank God I'm feeling ok and am able to participate.
I'll post tomorrow after my appointment at the hospital.

Dear Leah,
ReplyDeleteLife is full of ups and downs, and you are sure riding a crazy roller coaster. So far you've been amazing through the entire trip, and Bezrat Hashem you will continue on the ride with much strength and energy, and see more happiness and joy.
Your Father was a very special person, who touched everyone he met. He provided you with much insight and courage, and he continue to do that always. May his memory be blessed, and may he be Melitz Yashar for you and your entire family.
Now that you are back home, I'm offering dinner. Tried some new recipes recently, am I tempting you?
Love to you and your Mom.
Doba, Kalman and family
