T+13

Good Morning. I'm thrilled to report good news. As of this morning, my WBC is 1.1! This is BIG NEWS! This means that my marrow is doing it's job well. If it's still over 1.0 tomorrow, they can take me off some of the IVs that I'm on and hopefully, that will result in the return of an appetite.

Mom & I are very excited. Your prayers mean the world to me. They are the number one reason for my positive outlook and my ability to "get through this." I can't thank you enough. Please keep up the good work!

  1. Wow! I am so happy to hear this… and hope to continue to hear your recovery coming along smoothly and quickly. I can’t wait to call my mother and tell her, being that she won’t be on the computer until tomorrow. We also have some good news to share within our family… my brother Yisroel had his first little baby boy on Shabbos Morning. We are all very excited for him, and now that makes my parents grandparents for the second time. Please share the news with Judy and Ilana!

We continue to Daven for your speedy recovery!

  19. Truly amazing!
Please continue the great progress as your good days really make my days. many of us are living vicariously through your progress and healing process.
I'm not sure but I'll bet that those must be some amazing stem cells that you received. The donor must be handsome, virile, intelligent ,generous ,humble and sweet. Watch out for some of the side affects from the donors quirks.
    love so much,

  21. This is the best news I've heard in weeks. Thank G-d that all of the tefillos and Avrum's stem cells are working. It's been too long, you deserve to feel amazing and continuing living what promises to be a long and wonderful life. I did alot of reflecting today on us and our 42 year history, I guess because it's Pearl Harbor day. So many experiences, good times and bad but still here we are. I'm still cheering for you as I know you would always cheer for me. It's been a long time Le, and we should enjoy at least another 42 years together in good health. Also, I loved your facebook entry.

Keep that beautiful smile going and the positive attitude. Can't wait until you come home.

    With so much love. Shelly
